On Harmony Day 2017, Grade 6s worked with their buddy classes from Grade 3. Our activity included a discussion of the Global Goals which is a part of internationalising education at T.M.P.S.We then paired up with our Grade 3 buddy and chose one global goal to discuss. We helped our buddies think of reasons why our chosen global goal is important for our community. For example, Clean water and Sanitation is important so we won’t get sick from diseases. It was an interesting lesson and we learnt more about what it means to global citizens. We hope to work with our buddies more this year!
