During Harmony Day, the Year 4 students had discussions about reducing waste in our environment. We looked at different food and drink items and how they created waste and we investigated other options that would reduce waste. We then connected our discussions and investigations with a number of Global Goals.
13 – Climate Action (reducing waste in our environment)
3 – Good Health and Well Being (cooking our own food and eating healthy)
14 – Life Below Water ( less waste in our oceans)
15 – Life on Land (less rubbish on our land)
We made goals in our room to reduce our waste and have an increased number of students with Nude Food.\
