In the Year 3’s ‘Around the World’ rotations (as part of the Term 3 Inquiry topic: ‘Australia and its Neighbours’), students learnt about the fascinating country of Ethiopia. Ethiopia is a country known for its rich history, robust coffee and stunning highlands. Ethiopians are kind, honest and welcoming people!
As part of this activity, the Year 3 students made intricate necklaces (made out of paper plates) to represent popular East-African jewellery.
