During Term 4, the Year 4 students are investigating plants. As part of this unit we are investigating plants that the indigenous people use. We have variety of these already growing at school such as the lemon myrtle, native pig face and native mint. The students will also look at how trees were used for tools and other equipment and scar trees that still exist today in the Casey area that are evidence of the tribes that were in area.
