This term the Year 3 students have learned about school life in Indonesia. They carried out various activities to develop a knowledge of how schooling is different in Indonesia compared to Australia. The Year 3 students thoroughly enjoyed dressing up in Indonesian primary school uniforms and found it interesting that most primary schools in Indonesia wear the same uniform! They also learned that school starts around 7.30 in the morning to accommodate the hot, tropical weather. The Year 3 students played traditional Indonesian games such as ‘Congklak’ to develop their intercultural knowledge.\
