The Year 6 students have been working hard this term on extending their general conversational skills during Indonesian. They have been engaging in many different speaking and listening tasks, practising correct pronunciation and strengthening connections with each other at the same time. Learning languages helps to develop students’ understandings of the world in which they live and the people in which they interact with, in this increasingly global and interconnected world. The Year 6 students will certainly be well prepared for their next holiday to the beautiful country of Indonesia!
